Rasheenkan Original 4-Into-1 Exhaust Header Installation
Today in the shop, we swapped out the factory exhaust manifold on a Nissan Rasheen for our original Rasheenkan 4-into-1 header.

The stock cast-iron manifold had run its course. We unbolted the factory unit, dropped the downpipe, and cleared the bay for the new setup.

Side by side, the difference between the bulky factory casting and our fabricated header is night and day.
Factory Manifold vs. Rasheenkan Original Header
The factory manifold uses a compact, restrictive cast construction. Our original header features four tuned, mandrel-bent runners merging into a single collector.
This 4-into-1 layout smooths out exhaust pulses, cutting backpressure to sharpen throttle response and bring out a lively engine note.

Careful Preparation and Installation
Once the old unit was out, we inspected the head, prepped the mounting surface, and fitted fresh gaskets to ensure a tight seal with zero leaks down the road.

The Rasheenkan header was then torqued down alongside its dedicated heat shield.

The setup keeps the bay clean while protecting nearby wiring and hoses from radiant heat.
Building a Rasheen isn’t just about the retro styling. We develop our own parts to sharpen how these cars actually drive, tailoring every build to the chassis and the owner.
