Refreshing an Okayama Owner's Nissan Rasheen
We have a Nissan Rasheen in the shop from Okayama Prefecture getting a full mechanical overhaul. To inspect every corner of the car properly, we pulled the entire engine and transmission together as a single assembly.

Pulling the Powertrain for a Proper Refresh
The Nissan Rasheen is well past the 25-year mark. Even when one idles smooth and drives straight, decades of heat cycles leave hidden wear in spots you simply cannot reach with the motor still in the bay.
Dropping the powertrain changes everything. It gives us clear line of sight to rubber mounts, aged wiring, vacuum lines, and crucial seals that are normally buried.

With the bay cleared out, we can inspect structural seams, treat hard-to-reach hardware, and address worn components properly before final reassembly.
Bench Inspection on the Shop Floor
Once the drivetrain is on the floor, the real work begins.

Our goal isn't just to keep the car running—it's to diagnose true mechanical baseline wear and handle critical preventative work upfront, keeping the owner behind the wheel without unexpected roadside headaches.
At Rasheenkan, no two cars get the exact same treatment. Every Rasheen arrives with its own balance of mileage, history, and weathering, which is why pulling things apart for a direct look is always our starting line.
Work on this Okayama build continues one bolt at a time.
